Digital Collage - Shuffles & Picsart
As an abstraction artist and creative visionary, my work is deeply rooted in the exploration of identity, culture, and the evolving digital landscape. Soul For Anatomy is a contemporary multimedia digital collage that embodies these themes, merging found imagery, digital manipulation, and layered symbolism to create a thought-provoking visual narrative.
This piece was created through a hands-on curation process. I carefully selected images and assembled a Pinterest board, curating a collection of visuals that spoke to my artistic vision. I then used Pinterest’s Shuffles app as a tool to layer and arrange these images into a composition that felt dynamic and visually compelling. After finalizing the collage, I used Picsart to refine and enhance it, incorporating my signature stylistic elements.
Every image was chosen with purpose, every layer positioned to evoke meaning. In this essay, I will analyze Soul For Anatomy from my perspective as an artist, exploring its aesthetic choices, conceptual framework, and underlying themes of identity, perception, and digital surrealism. By dissecting its visual elements, influences, and symbolism, I will position this piece within my broader artistic practice and consider its significance in contemporary digital art.
The foundation of Soul For Anatomy was built through a meticulous selection of imagery. Using Pinterest, I compiled a board filled with photography, fashion, surrealist elements, and abstract visuals that resonated with the themes I wanted to explore. This process was more than just gathering references—it was about constructing a visual language that would later be woven together into a cohesive narrative.
Pinterest’s Shuffles app provided a space for me to layer, arrange, and blend these images into a unified composition. Unlike traditional collage-making, which often involves physical materials, this digital approach allowed me to experiment with overlapping textures, transparency effects, and juxtaposition in a way that felt fluid and intuitive.
