Imagine believing that parallel universes don’t exist in the “timeline” we live in. After watching the movie “Parallel,” my suspicion about this topic increased more than usual. Yes, I know what you’re going to say. “Well, it’s only a movie.” Sure, it’s a movie but also an expression of life. It’s something about people believing that we only make visuals to please ourselves, but I guarantee you that is not always the case. We live a life where creativity is formed by the spirits of the universe through the conscious minds. With that being said, any form of art that expresses an idea of the universe is what I like to call universal transformation.
Yes, the universe has its own ideas that humans can use to spread the word. Now, you can believe whatever you want to believe, but when it comes to ideas in the subconscious mind, please understand that they do not only belong to you. You are occupying the idea in hopes of making it come to life. And if you don’t, then that idea will be given to someone else.
With this in mind, parallel universes can exist. The movie Parallel dives deeply into parallel universes in our timeline. Parallel stars Danielle Deadwyler, Aldis Hodge, and Edwin Hodge as a family that lost a child and is now learning how to live without him. However, the story unfolds while on a trip, and Vanessa (Danielle) finds her looking at herself. LITERALLY!
This really stood out to me because I have dreams about seeing myself often. I am a rare spiritual being who feels things on a different level than most, and when experiencing these dreams, I know for a fact I’m in a different realm. Now in the movie, two beings couldn’t be in the same period together as so they thought. However, Vanessa and Martel (Edwin) often found themselves wondering about their other selves multiple times. At the same time, the current Alex (Aldis) had no clue what was going on. In fact, his lack of knowledge about what his wife was going through tended to leave him frustrated, yet he was very patient.
Parallel is one of those films that creatively test human knowledge. What we think we know is normally unknown. The true spiritualists of the world have to shelter the gifts of the universe, but it’s also our duty to artistically showcase what the universe wants us to know. This film did just that and transformed the thriller into a philosophical theory. I LIKE THAT!
If you’re into philosophical movies, then this is the one for you. Listen when I say, YOU NEED TO PAY ATTENTION. This is not one of those movies that you can just turn on to occupy your time; it allows you to understand universal properties and theories more. I hope you enjoy it, and let me know what you think.
I haven't seen this movie yet but I like movies where it makes question if parallel universes exist. I like to think they do.
I have to make time to watch it. Thank you!
well done
